TERMS

MASK FEE
‍
Customers requiring our installers to wear masks will be charged an additional $20/hr per installer

‍MAGNETIC LOCKS
‍
Saberin Security is not liable for issues resulting from the use of magnetic locks. When possible, we recommend other types of electronic locks. However, there are scenarios where magnetic locks are the best (or only) option.

‍SCOPE OF WORK
‍
Proposals by Saberin Security contain our entire scope of work. Our proposals constitute the entire agreement between Saberin Security and Customers, superseding all other agreements and/or understandings.

‍WARRANTY
‍
Saberin Security provides a three (3) month warranty on parts and labor, beginning the date of project completion. After the warranty period, on-site services will be billed at our then current service rates.

‍PAYMENT TERMS
‍
Unless otherwise stated, we require two thirds (2/3) of the installation price prior to ordering equipment or commencing work. We invoice the final one third (1/3) when the project is complete. Payment is due within fifteen (15) days of the invoice date. Overdue subscription accounts are subject to a pause in service, or termination.

‍CHANGES IN SCOPE
‍
During an installation, additional labor may be charged to a Customer based on changes in scope, delays from a Customer failing to provide easy access or necessary information, and complexities in a Customer's communications technology requiring additional time. If a Customer reduces the scope of work during an installation, any equipment constituting a "special order" cannot be returned to our supplier. In these cases, Saberin Security reserves the right to charge for "special order" items already acquired.

‍CANCELLATIONS
‍
When canceling a fixed-price contract, Customers are responsible for paying 10% of the entire contract. When canceling a variable-priced contract, Customers are responsible for paying 10% of any fixed-price items plus 4 hours labor. Additionally, Customers will be invoiced for any "special order" equipment already purchased on the their behalf.

‍DISPUTES
‍
Unresolved disagreements between Customers and Saberin Security over active or completed projects are handled by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Construction Industry Arbitration Rules. items plus 4 hours labor. Additionally, Customers will be invoiced for any "special order" equipment already purchased on the their behalf.

‍DISPUTES
‍
Unresolved disagreements between Customers and Saberin Security over active or completed projects are handled by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Construction Industry Arbitration Rules.
