Terms and Conditions

Cloud-based systems require Internet. Customers are responsible for providing an Internet connection (typically a port on the back of an Internet router).

CLOUD Alarm Sensors allow you to monitor, arm, disarm, and add users/codes from your browser or mobile app. We can also add users/codes for you. You can also arm/disarm your alarm sensors from the user-friendly touchscreen keypad.

CLOUD Security Cameras allow you to view live and recorded video from your browser or mobile app. We can also collect incident clips for you (we send a link). While the software is Cloud-based, the default storage is local, so even when your Internet has issues, your cameras are still recording and video is available when your Internet comes back online.

CLOUD Visitor Entry allows users (residents/staff) to unlock doors using their codes on the touchscreen intercom or from their mobile app. Visitors use the intercom directory to call users, who can unlock doors via video call on their mobile app or traditional phone call. Or, if a visitor receives a one-time or multi-use code from a user in advance, the visitor can enter the code at the intercom for immediate entry. Deliveries can be handled as visitors, or a delivery code(s) can be assigned for Amazon, USPS, etc.

CLOUD Door Access allows you to add users and fobs from your browser or mobile app. We can also create users and fobs for you (we mail the fobs). Because the system is Cloud-based, both the hardware and software are maintained and updated regularly. Like most online software, resetting forgotten passwords is simple. When your Internet has issues, the system continues functioning as usual. However, you won't be able to add/delete fobs until your Internet is back online.

MASK FEE
Customers requiring our installers to wear masks will be charged an additional $20 per installer per hour.

MAGNETIC LOCKS Saberin Security is not liable for issues resulting from the use of magnetic locks. When possible, we recommend other types of electronic locks. However, there are scenarios where magnetic locks are the best (or only) option.

SCOPE OF WORK Proposals by Saberin Security contain our entire scope of work. Our proposals constitute the entire agreement between Saberin Security and Customers, superseding all other agreements and/or understandings.

WARRANTY Saberin Security provides a three (3) month warranty on parts and labor providing by Saberin Security, beginning the date of project completion. After the warranty period, on-site services will be billed at our then current service rates.

PAYMENT TERMS Unless otherwise stated, we require two thirds (2/3) of the installation price prior to ordering equipment or commencing work. We invoice the final one third (1/3) when the project is complete. Payment is due within fifteen (15) days of the invoice date.

CHANGES IN SCOPE During an installation, additional labor may be charged to a Customer based on changes in scope, delays from a Customer failing to provide easy access or necessary information, and complexities in a Customer's communications technology requiring additional time. If a Customer reduces the scope of work during an installation, any equipment constituting a "special order" cannot be returned to our supplier. In these cases, Saberin Security reserves the right to charge for "special order" items already acquired.

DISPUTES Unresolved disagreements between Customers and Saberin Security over active or completed projects are handled by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Construction Industry Arbitration Rules.
